We’ve been roasting premium coffee since 2015, evolving our mission to found Bulldog Brew in 2019. We source raw coffee beans from growers around the world, purchasing beans as close to harvest as possible. We roast a variety of traditional coffees as well as Organic, Fair Trade, and Decaf.
Our production coffees are roasted using a U.S. Roaster Corp. roaster, by hand or by specialty program. The coffee profile of the roast brings out the best of each coffee origin.
We are located in Cleveland, Missouri, and you can find our coffee at a variety of restaurants, cafes, grocers, and retail stores in Lawrence, KS, and the Kansas City metro area.
